The City of Concordia is the county seat of Cloud County Kansas. Concordia
City Hall is located at 701 Washington Street, the former Boogaart's grocery
store. (785) 243-2670
Blosser Municipal Airport is located at 3015 Blosser Drive, at the South edge
of Concordia. The asphalt runway is 3600' long.
The Frank Carlson Library is located at 702 Broadway Street.
The City of Concordia offers Municipal Water. Water and sewer bills can be
paid in person at City Hall during regular business hours, or dropped off in
the drop box located on the southwest corner of the building.
The City Commission meets the first and third Wednesday of each month.
The meetings are held in the Commission Room at City Hall. Mark Skiles is
the City Manager.
