in Concordia
The city of Concordia is the county seat of Cloud County, Kansas. It is located along the Republican River in the Smoky Hills region of the Great Plains in north-central Kansas. As of the 2020 census, the city population was 5,111.
Concordia is a vibrant community with a rich history. The favorite historical attractions include the National Orphan Train Complex, POW Camp Concordia, Nazareth Motherhouse, The Brown Grand Theatre, and the Cloud County Historical Museum.

Our Mission
Concordia Area Chamber of Commerce is organized: to maximize quality of life; to enhance development of the trade center; and to promote the religious, health, educational, cultural, civic and governmental interests of its members.
Meet our Executive Director
Annie Bergmann, the former owner and manager of Annie's Fashions in Concordia, has more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including construction, restaurant, real estate, credit and collections, payroll, legal and retail services. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University.

"From my retail experience, I am familiar with the challenge of drawing people to Concordia. I understand the concerns of being a business owner and look forward to the opportunity to assist them," Bergmann said.

Fall Fest
Come celebrate our 42nd year!
This annual event brings in over 6,000 visitors to Concordia each year and traditionally features activities for the whole family, as well as a variety of food and craft vendors from all over the state that comes to sell their wares.

Hometown Holiday
Downtown business activities, snowball drop, holiday movies, carriage rides and Santa comes to town! Join us for a fun filled evening with an old fashioned feel. Bring your kids downtown and enjoy the festive atmosphere as you reminisce while making new memories of your own.

Promotions
Business in Motion is an active committee that engages the community with member businesses through various promotions such as Punch Card promotion, Eggstravaganza, 6th Street Spooktacular on Halloween and Hometown Holiday
Chamber Bucks can be spent at Concordia Chamber Member businesses. It works just like a gift certificate.
The Concordia Area Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit, membership organization focused on bettering the community. Voluntary organizations of citizens work together to support the business development of Concordia.
