Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of nine regular members, elected annually to serve three years per term. Our diverse board serves the community well. We have representation from nearly all aspects of business in Concordia, Kansas.

SHARI HAUG

 Chair Elect, 6th Street Fashions and Footwear

Shari Haug is the owner of 6th Street Fashions and Footwear.  She has been in business since 2004.  She was born and raised in Marysville KS. She graduated from K-State with a degree in apparel and textile marketing. She is married to Shane Haug, owner of Haug Home Renovations. Shari and Shane call their three dogs, Chloe, Daisy and Quinci their babies. Shari is the daughter of Rodney and Kathy Imhoff, owners of Rod’s Food Store.

Mark Headrick

Owner of Wildside Creative

Mark Headrick is the owner and graphic designer of Wildside Creative.  He has been designing, printing and installing commercial graphics since 2005. He was raised and went to school in Concordia.  He married Teri Reusch and has two sons, Dane and Parker.

JEFFERSON MOLTER

Secretary

Jefferson Molter was born and raised in Concordia Kansas. He attended CCCC and NCK Tech with an emphasis in business.  Jefferson has 14 years of retail management experience.  He currently works for Associated Wholesale Grocers and travels the central Kansas region helping small independent grocery stores with their store brands.  He has been actively involved in the Chamber of commerce for 5 years and on the Board of Directors for two years.

LEROY DICKINSON

Treasurer,  Chief Operating Officer of North Center Kanas Medical Center, Concordia Kanas

LeRoy is the Chief Operating Officer of North Central Kansas Medical Center.  LeRoy lived in Hawaii for 21 years before locating to Concordia to be near family.

DARELL GALLEGOS

Past Chair , Owner of Farm Country Ford

Darell Gallegos was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. at a young age.  He grew up in a small town in Western Kansas called Scott City. Darell has been in the car business for a total of almost 14 years now. He worked at a large Ford dealership in Wichita until  graduating from Wichita State University in 2015.  After graduation, he moved to Colorado Springs, CO, and worked for Ford Corporate for 3 years before moving Concordia.  He worked as General Manager for Womack Sunshine Ford 2 years before buying the business from Womack. Darell is now the owner/operator of Farm Country Ford, Concordia KS.   In addition to the Ford dealership, I  have a Mexican Restaurant in Scott City .

JACK WIDEN

Chamber Board Member,-Market President and Commercial lending officer at Central National Bank.

A graduate of Concordia High School, Jack Widen is a 1998 graduate of Cloud County Community College. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Jack is married to Michelle (Larsen) and both are lifelong residents of Concordia. Michelle is the owner of My Barbershop. They have 3 children, Christian, Anna, and Deacon.  Jack is the Market President and Commercial lending officer at Central National Bank.

MICHAEL ALLEN

Past Chair-Manager of VIP Theatre

My name is Michael Allen, but most of the town knows me as Bubba. I have had that nickname since I was around 1 year old. I was born in Beloit but moved to Concordia in 2nd grade. I graduated from Concordia High School and Cloud County Community College, and later Emporia State University with a degree in Psychology. I worked case management for Pawnee mental health for a couple of years. I spent 14 years working with adjudicated youth in a positive peer culture environment. I moved back to Concordia and worked at Tipton Academy, another facility for troubled kids for a couple of years before starting as the assistant manager for The Majestic Theatre. I have been the manager there for over 17 years. I have always loved Concordia, first because it is Home, and second because of the wonderful caring community.

Kourtni Hubert

Chamber Board Member,  Manager/Operator Altius Awards and Apparel

My name is Kourtni Hubert. I grew up in Clyde Kansas until my family moved to Beloit where I finished up my last two years of high school. Upon graduating from Beloit I attended Wichita State University to further my education and compete on the Track and Field team. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Health Sciences. I graduated from WSU in 2022 and moved back to Concordia with my fiancé Skyler Hittle and our daughter Brynlee Hittle. Not long after moving to Concordia Skyler and his father Derrick Hittle took over as owners of Altius Awards and Apparel. I become the manager/operator of our family owned business. We have loved getting to serve such a great community!

Stacy (Gering)Letourneau

Chamber Board Member, CFO, Cloud County Coop/ Concordia Terminal

Stacy (Gering) Letourneau is graduate of Concordia High School and Cloud County Community College.  Stacy is married to Pat Letourneau and are both lifelong residents of Concordia.  Pat runs the family’s cow/calf operation. They have 3 children, Cody, Jori, and Beau.  Upon graduation from CCCC Stacy started work as a bookkeeper with Cloud County Coo and has been with the company for over 20 years.  Stacy is the CFO for Cloud County Coop/Concordia Terminal.

ANNIE BERGMANN

Executive Director

Bergmann, the former owner and manager of Annie's Fashions in Concordia, has more than 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including construction, restaurant, real estate, credit and collections, payroll, legal and retail services. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University.

"From my retail experience, I am familiar with the challenge of drawing people to Concordia. I understand the concerns of being a business owner and look forward to the opportunity to assist them," Bergmann said.

Annie is married to Dennis Bergmann and they have four children: Christa (Bergmann) Baumann, married to Kaid Baumann, Clay Center, Kansas; Heather (Bergmann) Lott, married to Josh Lott, Minneapolis, Kansas; Gabe Bergmann, married to Gabbi (Smith) Bergmann, Clay Center, Kansas; and Cydney Meyer. married to Trevor Meyer, McPherson, Kansas.

Annie and Dennis have 8 grandchildren.
