Sunset Home, Inc. is a 45 bed Skilled Nursing and 48 bed Residential Health Care and Assisted Living Facility that moved to Concordia in 1911. Over the past 105 years we have enjoyed serving the community and it's residents and look forward to our future in the healthcare industry.
